STEELCERTS LLC – We don’t just provide weld test kits. We offer independent AWS-CWI consulting and technical services to support welders, contractors, and project owners, acting purely in an advisory and verification capacity. We do not perform fabrication or welding work, ensuring complete impartiality. Our services include performance testing and certification (WQTs), supply of pipe and plate coupons, WPS/PQR procedure development and testing (destructive and non-destructive), and independent verification and compliance consulting for AWS standards and, when applicable, IBC Chapter 17 structural provisions.

AWS D 1 .1 WELDER PREQUALIFIED TEST KITS

These test kits follow AWS D1.1 prequalified welding procedures, allowing welders to certify without the need for procedure qualification testing.

With our mail-in option, you can complete your weld at your own shop, send it back to us for evaluation, and if passed, receive a certified test report from STEELCERTS.
